CMP Talladega Marksmanship Park is a public shooting complex in the U.S., operated by the Civilian Marksmanship Program on a sprawling 500-acre site in east-central Alabama. Designed for recreational and professional shooters, the park features a 600-yard known-distance rifle range with KTS electronic targets at 200 yards, 300 yards, and 600 yards, allowing immediate shot feedback without checking paper.
The Unknown Distance Range offers over 100 steel targets scattered from 100 to 620 yards for field-style training, simulating real-world shooting conditions across mixed terrain. Additional rifle options include a 100-yard zeroing bay and prone-allowed platforms for data gathering.
Pistol shooters benefit from a 50-yard electronic target range and 15 action bays suited for USPSA, IDPA, and 3-Gun matches. Shotgun enthusiasts will find full NSCA-certified sporting clays, trap, wobble, skeet, and 5-stand setups—all with automated throwers. A 3D archery course rounds out the offering.
