Is it free to list my business?

Yes. Creating and claiming a basic listing is free. You can also upgrade for more features, visibility, and traffic.

Do you verify businesses before publishing listings?

Yes. All new listings go through a basic verification process before they appear live. We prioritize accuracy and trust.

How do I contact support?

Use the contact form on our Contact page or email us directly at support@sniperology.com.

Can users upload photos in reviews?

Yes. Each review can include up to 3 photos. Review images appear in a separate 'Reviews' tab on the listing.

Can I leave a review without creating an account?

Yes, but we require email confirmation to prevent spam. All reviews are manually approved before being published.

What categories are included in Sniperology?

We currently include Shooting Ranges, Training Courses, Training Schools, Instructors, Gunworks, and Events.

What do upgraded listings include?

Upgraded listings include better search placement, more photos, featured status, SEO boosts, and promotion on our social channels.

How do I upgrade my listing?

After claiming your listing, go to your dashboard and choose an upgrade plan. Upgrades are optional and can boost visibility and search ranking.

How do I submit an update for a listing?

Click the 'Suggest an update' link at the bottom of any listing page and fill out the form. Our team will review and apply changes if verified.

How do I claim a business listing?

Visit the listing page and click the 'Claim this listing' button. You’ll be asked to verify ownership before making updates.
