Founded in 1962, the Eastern Nebraska Gun Club (ENGC) is a private, member-based facility located 30 minutes south of Omaha in Louisville, Nebraska. The club spans multiple range types across its property, supporting a wide array of shooting disciplines with a focus on organized matches and safe marksmanship.
The centerpiece is a 600-yard rifle range featuring covered firing positions, target pits, and carriers, suitable for High Power, F-Class, and silhouette matches. Additional firing points at 200 and 300 yards accommodate intermediate stages for mid-range competitions. Paper, steel, and silhouette targets are used across dedicated bays.
Other offerings include:
- USPSA and Multi-Gun pistol bays
- Trap shooting (Thurs/Sat mornings)
- Hunter Sight-In public access (50/100/200 yards)
- CMP Vintage Sniper Team Matches and Silhouette courses
Steel-core, tracer, armor-piercing, and 50 BMG ammo are prohibited, and muzzle brakes are not allowed in F-Class. While ENGC is primarily for members, public match attendance and seasonal Hunter Sight-In access offer non-members limited entry.
