2025 LE Best Sniper Team Competition

The 2025 LE Best Sniper Team Competition, hosted by BRVO Tactical, will run September 3–4, 2025, at the Sierra 1 Site near Heber, Arizona. Built by U.S. Army Green Berets and SWAT snipers, this inaugural two-day event pits law enforcement shooter/spotter teams against real-world field challenges inspired by the Best Ranger Competition.

Expect more than a shooting match; this is a full-spectrum assessment of your team's fitness, accuracy, decision-making, and cohesion in high-altitude terrain.

Key Features:

• LE-only sniper team match, 2-person teams from the same department.
• Precision stages with long-range targets from 100m to 1000m
• High-angle towers, trench warfare setups, and vehicle-based engagement zones
• Required gear: bolt gun or AR10-style rifle, sidearm, 400 rifle rounds, 200 pistol rounds, duty rig, ruck, radio, and more
• Onsite camping required (trailers allowed; no gear provided) at the 100-acre Sierra 1 SWAT sniper training facility
• Large prize table for top 3 teams — includes firearms, optics, ammo, and more.

• Hosted by former SOF and SWAT instructors with operational experience
