The 2025 Twisted Barrel Precision Scorcher III, sponsored by Leupold, returns July 12–13 as part of the PRS Pro Series. Held at Twisted Barrel Precision in Arkansas, this match challenges competitors with a fair yet demanding mix of positional/prone and modified prone stages, utilizing sturdy props and dynamic sequences.
This is the third edition of the Scorcher event, designed to push both competitive civilian marksmen and MIL/LE precision shooters in a structured, well-run match environment. Round count, course layout, and logistical support make this an ideal summer stop on the PRS calendar.
Key Features:
- PRS Pro Series Event with ~20 stages and up to 200 rounds required

Schedule:
- Friday: Check-in & zeroing noon–5pm
- Saturday: Safety brief 7:00am, live fire starts at 7:30am, lunch at noon, dinner provided post-shooting
- Sunday: Start at 7:00am, lunch at noon, awards & prize table onsite
- Amenities: Lunches both days, Saturday dinner included, RV slots with water/power available (limited); designated boondocking areas available
