The 2026 MDT Barrel Burner runs March 14, 2026, at The Lead Farm in Prosser, Washington. This is a two-day, multi-venue precision rifle match designed for well-rounded PRS competitors who can handle both open-field shooting and classic positional stages.
Day one is a field-style match focused on natural terrain, long sightlines, and complex wind reads, with stages wrapping roughly 280 degrees to force constant wind-angle adjustments. Day two shifts to a more traditional Precision Rifle Series format, emphasizing barricades, vehicles, movement, and positional efficiency.
