he USMC Scout Sniper Association is a 501(c)(3) veteran-driven nonprofit dedicated exclusively to Marine Scout Snipers and those who supported sniper missions. It provides direct assistance to members and families during hardship, maintains lifelong professional and personal connections, and preserves more than a century of Marine sniper history. Beyond support and heritage, the SSA sustains sniper and long-range skills through reunions, knowledge sharing, and events such as the Gathering of Snipers, where military marksmanship, fieldcraft, and precision shooting are practiced and discussed. The organization also acts as a bridge between Marine sniper culture and the broader precision and ELR shooting community.
