Brave Lizard Tactical in Southern Utah is a private 320-acre training complex with long-range shooting to 1 mile, built for precision shooters and multi-discipline firearms training.

Set in open desert terrain near Beryl, Utah, Brave Lizard Tactical delivers a wide, realistic shooting environment where wind, mirage, and uneven ground are constant factors. The range layout blends dedicated precision rifle lanes with multi-purpose bays, allowing shooters to transition between prone, barricade, and improvised positions using natural terrain and constructed props. Steel and paper targets range from close distances to 1 mile, with features like a sniper tower enabling elevated shooting angles and observation work. The facility includes a mix of barricades, vehicles, and field-style obstacles, pushing shooters to solve positional problems rather than rely on static bench shooting. Conditions are typically exposed, with shifting winds and strong sunlight influencing visibility and ballistic performance throughout the day.
Key Features:
Brave Lizard Tactical is built for serious shooters who want real-world conditions, from precision rifle practitioners to those training across multiple firearm systems with an emphasis on applied long-range capability.
