San Angelo Gun Club

Founded in 1947, San Angelo Gun Club is a long-established, member-owned range in West Texas focused on safe, skill-based shooting.

• Range A: Great for precision shooters, it has dedicated lanes at 200, 300, 400, and 515 yards.
• Range B: This range spans 25 to 300 yards and is suitable for zeroing and positional training.

The grounds are clean, orderly, and the open terrain offers unobstructed sightlines and consistent target visibility.

All new members must complete a mandatory safety protocol and range operations orientation. Once approved, they receive a keycard to access the facility for practice or organized matches.

Operated entirely by volunteers—including officers and the Range Committee—SAGC maintains a strong community ethos and encourages participation in ongoing upkeep and development.
