Guardian Long Range – Cameo returns to the Colorado high desert on August 16–17, 2025, hosted at the renowned Cameo Shooting Complex near Grand Junction, CO. This isn’t just a match; it’s a mission-driven weekend designed for precision shooters of all levels who believe in giving back.
Match Format:
- Saturday: 8–10 precision rifle stages (100–1200 yards)
- Sunday: 5–6 team stages, with pairings based on Saturday’s leaderboard to encourage mentorship
- Round Count: Expect 8–12 rounds per stage, with an average of 2–3 MOA targets
Key Features:
- Relaxed, supportive match culture—ideal for newer shooters
- Coaching and “heckling” encouraged (within reason)
- Saturday dinner with awards, prize raffle, and a talk from the charity partner
- Loaner rifles may be available with advance notice
- Spectators welcome; non-shooting guests can join Saturday dinner for $20
