The 2025 Sheep Mountain NRL Hunter Match is a true mountain test in the breathtaking high country of northern Wyoming. Shooters will navigate steep-angle stages at 6,000–6,800 ft elevation, contend with unpredictable wind, and hike rugged terrain overlooking the Shoshone River and Buffalo Bill Reservoir. Day 1 uses the upper course—accessed via 4WD or a .75-mile hike with elevation gain. Expect 12 stages Saturday and 8 Sunday, plus side matches and vendor day at Cody Shooting Complex. This match blends ethical hunting scenarios with brutal technical challenges.
