Eric D’Oro is a former USMC Scout Sniper and instructor at The Cadre Training, where he serves as the organization’s small arms specialist. With several years of Department of Defense contracting experience, he brings real-world operational knowledge and technical expertise into every aspect of his instruction.
During his time in the Marine Corps, D’Oro served in a sniper platoon with 1st Battalion, 5th Marines, completing multiple deployments and holding roles ranging from team member to team leader. His experience spans precision marksmanship, reconnaissance, and mission planning, forming the foundation of his teaching approach.
At The Cadre, he specializes in rifle systems, equipment setup, and positional shooting, regularly consulting on rifle builds and helping shooters optimize their gear for performance.
