Prepare for hunting season with practical field shooting, wind calls, and ethical engagement training using your real hunting setup.

This 3-day Precision Hunter Prep Course is designed to prepare shooters for real-world hunting conditions where shot placement, timing, and decision-making matter. Led by Marine Scout Sniper Instructors, the course focuses on building confidence in your rifle system and your ability to execute ethical shots under field conditions. The emphasis is on practical application rather than theory, ensuring skills translate directly to the hunt.
Training is delivered through hands-on instruction and field-based shooting scenarios using your actual hunting equipment. Shooters will confirm zero, validate rifle performance, and build stable shooting positions from natural terrain and improvised supports. Engagements include both known and unknown distances, reinforcing the ability to apply ballistic data and make accurate corrections in real time.
Key training areas include:
This course is suited for hunters who want to move beyond basic marksmanship and develop confidence in taking ethical shots at a distance. A basic understanding of precision rifle fundamentals is recommended, and shooters should be able to consistently hit a 12-inch target at 300 yards. Students are expected to train with their actual hunting rifle and gear to ensure real-world performance.
