Beau Mattioda is an Instructor and Special Projects Manager at The Cadre Training, bringing over 13 years of experience from the United States Marine Corps, including combat service during the Second Battle of Fallujah, where he was awarded the Purple Heart.
Following his military career, Mattioda served as an instructor at Academi Training Center, specializing in high-threat environments and advanced firearms training. He later played a key role in developing and implementing autonomous target systems across Department of Defense training programs, helping modernize how shooters train in dynamic environments.
