Ian Miner is a Lead Instructor at The Cadre Training and a former USMC Scout Sniper, bringing over a decade of experience in long-range shooting instruction. With a background as a Scout Sniper Team Leader and military shooting instructor, he developed a strong foundation in precision marksmanship and structured training methodologies.
He holds a master’s degree in coaching and sports management, which shapes his approach to teaching through performance development, mindset, and skill progression. In addition to his military and instructional background, Miner is a Wyoming hunting guide, giving him real-world experience in applying long-range shooting in field environments.
