Jon Bumpus is the Chief Training Officer and Co-Founder of The Cadre Training, bringing extensive experience from the United States Marine Corps Reconnaissance community. As a former Team Leader with 1st Reconnaissance Battalion and instructor at Reconnaissance Training Company, he developed and led Marines in high-level reconnaissance and sniper operations.
His background in specialized operations, reconnaissance, and field-based problem-solving directly shapes The Cadre’s training methodology.
