Brian Deshi is the founder and lead instructor of _Change of Behavior_, a Southern California-based training group specializing in long-range and high-angle rifle instruction. With 23 years of service in U.S. Special Operations, most of it with the Navy SEAL Teams, Deshi brings deep combat experience from every major theater since 2002. His real-world background is paired with formal training expertise as a certified Master Training Specialist.
Over his career, Brian has trained everyone from Tier 1 operators to civilian beginners, with a unique ability to tailor his instruction to the individual. His philosophy is grounded in the idea that talent, effort, and structured programming when combined with subconscious-level training, unlock performance that most shooters never reach on a traditional flat range.
Courses are conducted on two private properties in San Diego County, featuring over 3,500 natural terrain shooting positions, high-angle opportunities, and engagements exceeding 2,400 meters for those ready to push limits.
