Paul is a combat-proven Force Recon Marine with over a decade of experience in elite precision shooting and sniper instruction. His journey began in 2005 with the U.S. Marine Corps, where he served 12 years as a Recon Marine and Force Recon Marine across four operational deployments.
In 2010, Paul graduated from the rigorous Scout Sniper Basic Course at Camp Lejeune. By 2013, he became an instructor for the Special Operations Training Group Urban Sniper Course and, a year later, was promoted to Staff NCOIC, leading sniper training for Marine Corps and SOCOM units.
After transitioning from military service in 2017, Paul brought his expertise to Evolved Ballistics as a lead instructor. In 2020, he took ownership of the company. Under his leadership, Evolved Ballistics has grown into a premier training destination for hunters, precision shooters, and tactical professionals.
His courses focus on building a repeatable process, sharpening fundamentals, and preparing students for real-world shooting disciplines.
