Located in Houston, Missouri, the Big Piney Sportsman's Club is a private, multi-discipline range complex known for its practical and precision rifle matches. With three rifle ranges, trap and skeet facilities, and a shoot house, it's a well-rounded venue for competitive shooters across multiple disciplines.
The long-range rifle range extends to 800 yards, featuring a 40-position firing berm with AR500 steel targets spaced every 100 yards from 200 to 800 yards. A covered and lighted 600-yard firing line includes 20 concrete benches and designated prone shooting space, making it a favorite for F-Class and other precision disciplines.
Upper ranges support tactical shooting with the following:
- A shoot house
- Carbine bay with simulators
- Firing points from 50–150 yards
The club hosts monthly F-Class, 2-gun, handgun/PCC, and black powder events, with public trap and skeet shooting on Thursday evenings. While rifle range access appears member-limited, classes and competitive events are open to the public.
Memberships cost $100 per year for adults, with junior rates also available. Whether you're dialing in a new rifle, running a 2-gun stage, or training at a distance, Big Piney supports a practical, match-ready shooter culture.
