Established in 1964, Four Rivers Sportsmen Club (4RSC) is a non-profit shooting facility in Hastings, Nebraska, with a mission centered on firearm safety education and structured marksmanship training. The club operates both indoor and outdoor ranges and supports local shooting sports, including the Hastings College Trap Team.
The indoor range features nine lanes, extending up to 50 yards for pistols and rimfire rifles. The outdoor rifle and pistol range stretches to 300 yards and is equipped with steel targets and earthen backstops. Offers events such as bench shooting, service rifle (in a reduced-distance format), prone shooting, precision sniper-style matches, as well as creative setups, including egg targets at 300 yards.
The range supports prone and benchrest shooting, with events utilizing AR-15s, M1 Garands, and M1A1s under open-sight-only rules, in line with NRA Service Rifle and John Garand match formats. Trap and skeet fields round out the club’s shotgun offerings.
Membership requires a Nebraska Handgun Purchase Certificate or a Concealed Carry Permit, along with a board-approved application and a mandatory safety briefing. While the facility offers 24/7 access to members, public attendance is limited to scheduled events and gun shows.
