Gopher Rifle & Revolver Club

Founded in 1946, Gopher Rifle & Revolver Club (GRRC) sits on over 200 acres of natural terrain in Harris, Minnesota. Originally launched by employees of the D.W. Onan Company, the club has evolved into a well-equipped, multi-discipline facility known for hosting long-range and precision shooting matches.

Range capabilities include:

• A dedicated high-power rifle range with firing lines at 100 to 1,000 yards, including 20 target carriers.
• A multi-purpose range marked at 50, 100, and 200 meters.
• Black powder range with berms out to 100 yards.
• Shotgun fields with trap throwers and sporting clay towers.
• Pistol bays, plus archery targets set across wooded lanes.

Terrain features include 100 acres of dense woods, 50 acres of swamp and pond habitat, and 50 acres of grassland—offering real-world shooting challenges and space for picnicking and camping.

Although members have year-round access, the club also hosts nearly 100 public events annually, including a 1,000-yard benchrest match, a Women's Shooting Camp, and a Youth Outdoor Experience. Training and instructor-led programs for advanced shooters were not listed in the current offerings.

Public access is limited to event dates; all other range use requires membership.
