Gunline Shooting is a 105-acre precision rifle facility located near Carthage, Mississippi. Open to members and their guests; the range features seven dedicated shooting lanes with steel targets from 50 to 1,000 yards. Core lanes include 300, 500, 600, 700, and 1,000-yard setups, plus a 30-yard pistol bay, a 300-yard rimfire lane, and a 110-ft mover track for automated target work.
Gunline’s terrain is designed to test shot placement under real-world stress. Shooters can engage from elevated buses, rooftop containers, tank traps, and vehicles, with wind corridors and elevation shifts throughout. Over 150 reactive targets populate the range, including everything from hostage silhouettes to animal profiles.
The facility runs an aggressive competition schedule, including:
- PRS Pro Series: Magnolia Meltdown—a 2-day match partnered with Foundation Stocks
- PRS Regional Series: 9-stage game for new and seasoned shooters (.30 cal max, ≤3,200 fps)
- PRS Rimfire Series: 8–12 stages out to 360 yards (.22LR only)
- Rifle League: Centerfire and rimfire variants with KYL, walkout, and bonus round formats
- Head Hunter Challenge: A scored 21-round mini-course available by weekday appointment
Amenities include a pro shop, demo gear access, UTV use, and a member pavilion. Orientation requires a one-time fee, with ongoing membership options available for individuals, families, and military personnel (MIL/LE) at discounted rates.
