Two-day advanced precision rifle skills enhancement course for trained shooters, hosted by Ridgeline Gulf Coast Training Center.

This 2-day, 16-hour skills enhancement course is built for shooters who have already completed a precision rifle fundamentals class or a recognized equivalent. Advanced Precision Rifle picks up where an entry-level precision rifle course stops, with a stronger emphasis on coached performance in wind, alternate positions, and faster target engagement rather than step-by-step instruction on basic marksmanship.
Students are progressively introduced to cold bore theory, precision speed shooting, and supported alternate positions while working paper and steel from 100 to 600 yards, including moving targets. Instruction is centered on coaching shooters through finding, ranging, and engaging multiple targets from varied positions while maintaining solid fundamentals, with stated performance goals of 2 MOA or smaller groups from non-prone positions and an 80 percent or better hit rate on targets to 600 yards.
Key training areas include:
This course is best suited for experienced shooters, competitors, hunters, and MIL/LE personnel who already understand zeroing, rifle setup, and core fundamentals. Students should arrive with a precision scoped rifle capable of 1 MOA or better, 450 rounds of match ammunition, and the support gear needed for tripod and positional work.
