Matt Stiner is a respected figure in the national precision rifle scene, known for his deep commitment to both the rimfire and centerfire shooting communities. A lifelong resident of Northeast Ohio, Matt has spent the last eight years directing PRS matches and actively contributing to the sport’s growth. He currently serves as the PRS Rimfire Co-Director and PRS Northeast Regional Director. He works closely with the International Precision Rifle Federation (IPRF).
Matt is also an accomplished competitor. He was a member of the U.S. Rimfire team that competed in Italy in 2023, is the 2024 PRS Tactical Division Champion, and will again represent the U.S. Rimfire team at the 2025 IPRF World Championship in the UK.
For the past seven years, Matt has offered instruction tailored to hunters and PRS competitors, with a strong emphasis on rimfire development, positional shooting, and match preparation. Whether you’re refining your wind calls or building consistency from unconventional positions, Matt brings a practical, competitive edge to every session.
He teaches at MKM Precision in Kennerdell, PA, alongside elite instructors Mark McCensky and Ken Sanoski.
