Steven Kreyenhagen

Steven Kreyenhagen is an owner and instructor at Headspace Rifle Training Co. (HRTC), where he brings a uniquely well-rounded approach to precision shooting. A former Marine Corps Infantry Team Leader and Security Guard, Steve deployed to Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and conducted overseas security operations in South America. His talent behind the rifle was recognized early when he earned Battalion High Rifleman honors at Quantico.

Steve’s philosophy at HRTC is rooted in full-spectrum shooter development. With over 20 years of hunting experience across nine states and active participation in six competitive disciplines, including PRS, NRL, NRL Hunter, Rifleman’s Team Challenge, USPSA, and NRA F-Class, he’s steeped in both the tradition and evolution of long-range shooting. He holds Expert classifications in F-Class and Service Rifle. He has earned multiple top-five finishes in nationally sanctioned-matches.

Beyond competition, Steve is an adventurous big-game hunter. His pursuit of the North American Super-10 has taken him from remote Alaskan bush flights to rugged New Mexico desert hunt experiences that inform his instruction with real-world practicality.
