Headspace Rifle Training Co. (HRTC) was born from the field, not the classroom. In 2018, while conducting joint SWAT sniper training, Andrew Beatty and Jonathan Stineford identified a simple tactic that dramatically improved hide coordination. It wasn't in any manual. That moment sparked a question: _Why aren't these real-world methods being taught in introductory sniper courses?_ HRTC was built to answer that.
Based near Missoula, MT, with a 600-acre high-altitude range complex in Potomac, HRTC delivers sniper-level instruction rooted in modern relevance, not recycled doctrine. Students train across ridges, valleys, saddles, and creek beds at an elevation of 5,000', utilizing seven distinct ranges with props, covered positions, and moving targets.

- Jonathan Stineford – Retired LE sergeant, 13-year SWAT sniper, and former Secret Service protection sniper for President Trump. Placed first in a 2,000+ yard ELR competition.
- Steven Kreyenhagen – _Marine Corps vet_, competitive shooter across six national leagues (PRS, NRL Hunter, F-Class, USPSA, and more), and experienced big-game hunter.

- LE Sniper Basic (4 days / 40 hrs) – POST-certified sniper school covering sniper/SWAT integration, med, barriers, team comms, and live-fire quals.
- Competitive Hunter (2 days / 20 hrs) – PRS-style training in real mountain terrain for serious civilian marksmen.
- Custom MIL/LE Sustainment Training – Task-specific or refresher training by request.
