Set on 200+ acres of rolling Ohio hills, Thunder Valley Precision (TVP) is one of the Midwest’s most respected long-range shooting destinations. Owned by Tom Sarver, a 6-time world record holder in 1000-yard and 1-mile disciplines, TVP serves both recreational marksmen and professional shooters with serious range capabilities and advanced training programs.
The primary firing line features a 200-foot covered area with 20 concrete benches, offering steel target engagements from 200 yards to 1,760 yards, including an 18” steel gong at one mile. A separate 40-foot covered line supports extended-distance work, and a dozen-plus satellite positions around the property provide dynamic shooting angles and varied elevation.
Shooters will find:
- Steel every 100 yards out to 1 mile
- 100-yard paper target bay (bring your own)
- Suppressor-friendly environment (no ear protection required)
