Thunder Valley Precision

Thunder Valley Precision sits on more than 200 acres of rolling hills in southeastern Ohio and is widely recognized as one of the Midwest’s prominent venues for long-range and extreme long-range (ELR) rifle shooting. The facility centers on a large, covered firing pavilion stretching roughly 200 feet, with 20 concrete shooting benches, an additional covered firing line, and several satellite shooting positions around the property, allowing shooters to engage targets from multiple angles and elevations.

The main rifle range is configured for progressive distance shooting, allowing shooters to confirm data at mid-range and then stretch into ELR territory under real wind conditions typical of the region’s open terrain.

• Steel targets begin around 200 yards.
• Steel every 100 yards extending to 1 mile (1,760 yards)
• ELR targets reaching approximately 2,445 yards
• 100-yard sight-in range for zeroing and load development
