Advance beyond flat-range fundamentals with mountain-based long-range training focused on wind, terrain, and real-world hunting scenarios.

This Level II Long Range School is designed for graduates of the Level I program and experienced shooters looking to refine their field-shooting capabilities in demanding environments. The course shifts away from controlled bench shooting and places heavy emphasis on adapting to real hunting conditions, changing weather, and uneven terrain.
Training begins with classroom instruction covering advanced environmental factors, technical MOA application, and optic synchronization. Students then move into live-fire exercises at both the Fierce shooting range and the mountain course, engaging steel targets and life-sized steel animal targets under realistic conditions.
Key training areas include:
The course culminates in a competitive mountain shooting event designed to test practical application under pressure. Students are expected to run their own gear throughout the course, reinforcing familiarity with equipment and field readiness.
This course is best suited for hunters and experienced long-range shooters preparing for backcountry hunting or challenging environmental engagements. Completion of Level I, or equivalent experience, is strongly recommended. Reliable rifle systems, optics, and field gear capable of mountain use are required.

Fierce Firearms builds premium long-range rifles with carbon fiber barrels, proprietary stocks, and sub-½ MOA guarantees. Handcrafted in Utah and trusted by precision hunters and shooters across the U.S.
