POSITIONAL SHOOTING

Positional Shooting by Accuracy Dynamics is a dynamic 1-day live-fire course focused on building rock-solid shooting positions off the ground and on obstacles, skills essential for hunters, PRS competitors, and practical rifle shooters. Led by Ted Hoeger in Iowa, this course blends physical setup with a cognitive strategy to help shooters execute clean shots in real-world and match-style scenarios.

After a quick fundamentals review, you'll dive into:

• Building stable positions using bags, bipods, and improvised props
• Managing recoil for better shot spotting and faster follow-ups
• Developing a reliable shooting process for field or stage use
• Time and stage management techniques drawn from competition
• Mental strategies to maintain performance under pressure

This course is highly hands-on and built around improving your ability to deliver hits from unstable or unconventional shooting platforms, whether you're shooting steel on a hillside or under the clock in a match.

Required Gear:

• 1 MOA-capable rifle with exposed turret scope
• Front/positional shooting bag, bipod, rear bag
• 100 rounds of ammo
• Shooting mat (optional), ear pro, note-taking gear, and lunch
