PRECISION RIFLE TRAINING 1

This two-day course is designed for new and intermediate shooters looking to build or refine the fundamentals of long-range precision rifle shooting. Whether you're just starting or seeking to solidify your core knowledge before moving on to more advanced training, this program will provide you with the tools to shoot with consistency, confidence, and purpose.

• Practical skill-building and real-world application, students will gain:
• Basic shooting positions using natural and artificial supports
• Scope fundamentals and adjustment (elevation, windage, parallax)
• Internal, external, and terminal ballistics
• Rifle setup, maintenance, and manipulation
• Zeroing methods and environmental effects on zero
• Wind reading at a distance and making corrections
• Shooter/spotter communication, terminology, and teamwork

‍How it's delivered: This hands-on course follows a crawl-walk-run approach, building core knowledge through direct instruction, range drills, and spotter/shooter interaction. Open to civilian shooters, hunters, and LE/MIL personnel with safe weapons handling experience.

Targets include steel and paper at unknown and known ranges, with positional shooting encouraged. Location details vary by host but will accommodate full curriculum delivery.

• Precision rifle (.223–.338, sling & bipod required)
• 300–400 rounds of match-grade ammo
• Mounted optic (scope level recommended)
• Shooting mat, rear support bag, cleaning kit
• Medium backpack (for use as support)
• Weather-appropriate clothing, water, and food
• Notebook for ballistic/DOPE tracking
