Three-day police sniper team leader course for experienced LE snipers and supervisors, delivered by Grey Group.

This three-day course is a law enforcement sniper leadership program built for experienced snipers, team leaders, and supervisors responsible for running and training a police sniper team. Instruction centers on the non-shooting responsibilities of the role alongside live-fire application, with emphasis on leading personnel, planning deployments, and building a workable in-service training structure.
Shooters will learn how to manage team performance, develop qualification and sustainment training, evaluate equipment choices, and communicate capabilities and limitations to command staff. The course also uses live-fire and scenario-based drills to apply planning, intelligence gathering, tactical decision-making, and engagement strategy in realistic team-leader contexts.
Key training areas include:
This course is best suited for law enforcement snipers and supervisors already serving in a team leadership or program management role. Students need to bring a duty-capable precision rifle setup, 200 rounds of duty ammunition, note-taking materials, and a laptop for student presentations.
