Grey Sky Training & Consulting is a mobile training and consulting company built for law enforcement, military units, and serious private shooters who need performance-driven rifle, carbine, sniper, and mission-profile instruction. Led by Army sniper and former National Guard Sniper School instructor Jay Pedro, Grey Sky focuses on practical capability rather than square-range theory.

The school’s strongest lane is duty-focused precision rifle and sniper training, with programs covering SWAT sniper, designated marksman, counter-sniper planning, rural surveillance, night vision and thermal integration, and full-mission profile events. Courses are designed around real operational problems: observation, movement, communication, low-percentage shots, equipment selection, team integration, and performance under pressure.

Open-enrollment options include precision rifle, SPR/DMR/scoped carbine, pistol, carbine, shotgun, MP5, aerial platform, and night vision courses. They also provide private instruction, corporate security consulting, film/TV technical advising, and custom LE weapon solutions through their FFL/SOT operation in the NH/VT Upper Valley.
