Snipercraft, Inc. is a nonprofit police sniper training organization founded in 1992 that delivers law enforcement and military sniper, supervisor, and instructor development courses.

Snipercraft, Inc. is a nonprofit organization made up of active and retired police snipers and tactical personnel. Founded in 1992, it operates as a comprehensive police sniper training program built around the needs of working law enforcement snipers and SWAT personnel, with some programs also open to military attendees. Its training centers on observation, reporting, ballistics, marksmanship, fieldcraft, movement, hide construction, camouflage, use of force, policy, legal issues, and case studies drawn from documented police sniper engagements.
The course lineup covers entry through leadership and trainer development. Basic Police Sniper provides the foundation, while Master Sniper and Advanced Skills and Tactics focus on extended and unknown-range shooting, low-light work, moving targets, discretionary scenarios, and unconventional positional skills, including an 8-hour Tactical Vision block for special operations teams. Sniper Supervisor addresses program setup, policy writing, equipment selection, training documentation, legal issues, and media relations. In-Service Sniper Trainer uses classroom lectures, writing assignments, group projects, and range exercises to prepare agency trainers. Snipercraft also runs SniperWeek, combining a seminar with a two-man sniper-observer challenge that validates judgment, teamwork, tactics, and stress shooting. It hosts training at scheduled venues such as Clearwater and Pinellas Park, Florida, and offers customized agency classes.
