Chad Schearer is the on-site manager and lead instructor for Bergara Academy in Belt, Montana. He has worked with Bergara's parent company for more than 27 years and has been involved with Bergara from the beginning as Director of Advertising and Media Relations. He is also a certified NRA instructor, with a background rooted in hunting, outfitting, and guiding in Montana for more than 30 years.
