Chris Roberts is a former U.S. Army Senior Sniper Instructor and the co-founder of CR2 Shooting Solutions. Over roughly 18 years of military service, he served at the U.S. Army Infantry School at Fort Benning (now Fort Moore), where he helped shape modern sniper training and contributed to updates to TC 3-22.10, the sniper doctrine.
Roberts brings extensive operational and instructional experience to the civilian and professional training space. In addition to his military background, he has competed in demanding precision-rifle events, including the Mammoth Sniper Challenge and other international competitions, integrating lessons from modern field shooting into his teaching methodology.
At CR2 Shooting Solutions, which he co-founded with Chris Rance in 2020, Roberts helps lead programs focused on precision marksmanship, reconnaissance and surveillance, communications, and the development of the modern “light fighter.” His instruction emphasizes disciplined shot process, modern equipment integration, and real-world application.
