Mike Bertucci is a former USAF veteran and 25-year police officer with 21 years as a SWAT sniper and team leader, now training law enforcement snipers across the Northwest through Sniper Craft Northwest.
Mike Bertucci is the Co-Owner and Lead Trainer at Snipercraft Northwest, bringing decades of operational experience to every course. A Washington native and U.S. Air Force veteran, Mike went on to serve for over 25 years as a police officer, taking on roles that included detective, field training officer, and multiple supervisory positions. He spent 21 of those years on the Valley SWAT team as a police sniper, ultimately becoming Sniper Team Leader and planning or participating in more than 1,000 sniper missions.
His influence extends well beyond his agency. Mike serves as the Washington State Tactical Officers Association Sniper Advisor and the American Sniper Association Region 5 representative, covering the entire Northwest. He has led both basic and advanced state sniper schools and is an adjunct instructor for Derrick Bartlett of Snipercraft Inc.
