Basic Long Range Precision Rifle Course

This two-day course is designed for new precision shooters or those with limited formal instruction. Held at the elite K&M Shooting Complex, hailed as the "Disney World of shooting," students gain immediate exposure to real-world fundamentals in a fast-paced, supportive setting.

Core instruction includes safety, rifle setup, marksmanship fundamentals, recoil management, wind reading, and ballistic software. You'll learn to estimate range with a reticle, apply MOA/MIL adjustments, and gather DOPE for engaging static and moving targets out to 1,000 yards. Students develop not only technical skills but also the confidence to train independently beyond the course.

Training is highly individualized, with a student-to-instructor ratio of 4:1 or lower. The cadre includes Special Operations veterans, military sniper instructors, experienced hunters, and top-tier PRS competitors.

K&M's world-class shooting facility offers access to multiple ranges and steel targets in varied terrain. Optional gear rentals, such as house rifles, suppressors, and ammo, make travel easier for those flying in.

Recommended equipment includes a sub-MOA precision rifle in .308, 6.5mm, or 6mm caliber; a MIL or MOA optic; a bipod, rear bag, 200–250 rounds of match ammunition; and standard field gear.
