Kevin Rich serves as the General Manager and Lead Instructor at K&M Precision Rifle Training, combining his lifelong passion for shooting, extensive competitive experience, and 25 years of industry leadership. A West Tennessee native, Kevin’s background spans hunting and waterfowl, as well as IDPA, 3-gun, and ultimately precision rifle competition. Since entering the PRS scene in 2018, he has earned multiple regional wins and top-10 national finishes, qualifying for the PRS Pro Series Finale every year since 2020.
Kevin joined the K&M team in 2021 and transitioned full-time into his leadership and instructor roles by 2024. His manufacturing background, which includes metal stamping, machining, and even armor fabrication, instilled a relentless focus on performance and process, which he now brings to K&M’s elite training programs.
He is a trusted mentor known for helping students improve with a calm, methodical approach to instruction.
