This 5-day law enforcement sniper certification course is a live-fire and field training program built for officers preparing to serve in a sniper role. Grey Group structures the class around core precision rifle skills, observation, reporting, and deployment tasks relevant to law enforcement use.
Instruction covers marksmanship fundamentals, basic ballistics, ballistic calculator use, and building usable DOPE from 100 to 400 yards. Shooters also work through equipment troubleshooting, target detection and observation exercises, reticle range estimation, and practical shooting problems that include obstacles, unconventional positions, angle fire, moving targets, and low-light familiarization.

This course is best suited for law enforcement personnel entering a sniper assignment or needing a baseline certification. Students need a scoped high-powered rifle with bipod, 500 rounds of match-grade ammunition, eye and ear protection, duty or deployment gear, a shooting mat and sand sock, and a gas mask.
