The Sniper Team Maintenance Program is a quarterly on-site service designed to prevent performance failures before they occur. Delivered by Max Ordinate Academy, this program addresses a critical gap in many law enforcement sniper units: weapon accountability and mechanical reliability.

Too often, departments discover rifle issues during deployment or advanced training—when it's too late. From improper optic mounting to chamber malfunctions and undocumented round counts, these oversights create operational risk and legal liability. This program solves that.

Performed Quarterly at Your Location, Services Include:

• Full rifle inspection and function/safety checks
• Optic alignment and mounting validation
• Trigger testing and adjustment (per department policy)
• Headspace verification and throat erosion tracking
• Accuracy testing and rifle zero confirmation
• Round count logging and ammo lot number verification
• Go / No-Go criteria for continued deployment

All results are documented, and weapons are cleaned and certified after each session, giving command staff confidence and ensuring that sniper teams are always equipped with fully functioning systems.
