The K&M SWAT/SRT/LE Sniper Course is a 40-hour, four-day intensive program specifically designed for law enforcement snipers and tactical marksmen. It combines K&M’s Basic, Advanced, and Urban curricula into one structured program that sharpens real-world sniper skills from the ground up.
This course begins with cold bore zeroing and rapidly transitions into advanced marksmanship fundamentals, internal and external ballistics, wind reading, target detection, and engagements from alternate and non-traditional positions. Training includes moving target drills, limited exposure targets, and practical stress shoots, with a heavy emphasis on ranges inside 400 yards, while also stretching to 1,000 yards.
Students work across 12+ ranges at the K&M Shooting Complex, utilizing barricades, props, and urban terrain to develop tactical precision and adaptability. There is no fluff or theory-heavy classroom time. The focus is on applied skills, with a student-to-instructor ratio of 4:1 or lower, led by combat-proven professionals from law enforcement, Special Operations, and top PRS competitors.
House rifle rentals, suppressors, and match ammo are available. On-site bunkhouse lodging is included, with private upgrade options if needed.
Gear requirements include a sub-MOA precision rifle, a MIL or MOA optic, 400 to 500 rounds of match ammunition, and a complete field kit suitable for both urban and rural operational environments.
