LE Advanced Sniper Course

This 5-day Advanced Law Enforcement Sniper Course from Max Ordinate Academy is designed for SWAT-assigned snipers who are ready to advance beyond baseline fundamentals into elite-level capabilities. Building on prior sniper certification, this course delves into real-world deployment skills—especially tripod employment, alternative shooting positions, and decision-making under pressure.

Participants train in an immersive mountain environment featuring live-fire drills on high-angle terrain and moving targets (2–10 mph). This program targets operational excellence through a demanding blend of theory and fieldwork, refining both physical execution and tactical mindset.

• Precision marksmanship theory and rifle setup
• Tripod, positional, and improvised shooting
• Max Point Blank and ballistic calculator usage
• Wind correction and ranging under stress
• Loophole engagements and off-angle shooting
• Counter-sniper tactics and 90° off-set
• Night vision shooting (NVGs available on request)
• Intro to high-angle shooting from elevated terrain
