PRECISION RifLE CouRSE 1

Precision Rifle Course 1 (PR1) is G.A. Precision's advanced-level program for shooters ready to move beyond the basics. This course builds directly on their Introduction to Precision Rifle class. It is ideal for those who are confident in the fundamentals but seek a deeper understanding of ballistics, environmental effects, and precision workflows.

You'll train with G.A. Precision's Pro Staff in a private, focused setting, using cutting-edge techniques and gear.

• Advanced rifle and optic setup, tuning, and maintenance
• Confirming and validating rifle/scope zero for consistent data
• In-depth wind reading theory and practical estimation methods
• Data collection techniques to refine ballistic performance
• Efficient shooter workflow and positional improvements

The course is delivered in half-day, full-day, or two-day formats, with a strong hands-on component throughout. Expect small class sizes, direct coaching, and no movement to the following subject until each concept is fully understood.

Gear & Prep:

• ½ MOA precision rifle (6.5CM or .308 recommended; avoid magnum calibers)
• 100 rounds per training day
• MIL or MOA optic with turrets
• Bipod, sling, rear bag, and cleaning kit
• Eye/ear protection, shooting mat (optional), notebook, snacks
• All major support gear—tripods, bags, chronos, targeting tech—provided on-site
• Match ammo available for purchase (200–400 round cases)
