The Precision Rifle Evolution 1 Course is a comprehensive 3-day training experience designed to evolve shooters of all backgrounds, military, law enforcement, hunters, and competitors, into capable long-range marksmen.
You’ll build a rock-solid foundation in precision rifle fundamentals through a mix of classroom instruction, hands-on application, and individual evaluations.
- Core topics include:
- Marksmanship principles and firing positions
- Optics setup and MIL/MOA turret operation
- Wind reading and full-spectrum ballistics: internal, external, and terminal
- Equipment configuration: rifle, scope, ballistic calculator
- Chronographing and velocity confirmation with radar
- Data truing and rifle zeroing across known and unknown distances
Course Delivery:
Led by a seasoned cadre of former sniper school instructors, private security contractors, and active PRS shooters, this course blends real-world expertise with practical coaching. Instruction combines classroom time, live-fire drills, and student performance tracking.
Range & Terrain:
Training is hosted at Fouled Bore Precision and includes known-distance shooting with positional work. Expect to shoot across natural terrain under evolving field conditions.
- Gear Requirements:
- Precision rifle with adjustable turret optic (rentals available)
- 250 rounds of match-grade ammo (same lot)
- Bipod, rear bag, ballistic calculator (AB, Hornady 4DOF, etc.)
- Spotting scope, rangefinder (optional), field chair
- Eye/ear protection, seasonal gear, hydration, and food
Individual one-on-one classes are available on request.
