Hunter Marksmanship

Sharpen your practical hunting skills with Hunter Marksmanship at Vortex Edge, a two-day rifle course designed to elevate real-world performance. Focus on what matters in the field when time is limited and conditions are unpredictable.

Day one covers rifle and optic selection, zeroing, ballistics, and shot-placement fundamentals, laying the groundwork for making effective, ethical decisions in the field.

Day two shifts outdoors, where shooters apply their knowledge across distances out to 500 yards. Training includes building DOPE, working with rangefinders, and shooting from realistic field positions such as packs, sticks, and natural terrain. The course culminates in a timed field exercise simulating real hunting scenarios, requiring shooters to range, set positions, and engage targets under pressure.
