Mike brings over 21 years of law enforcement experience to the range, including 17 years on a full-time SWAT team and 16 years cross-trained as a sniper. As the Sniper Team Lead Instructor for more than a decade, Mike led and participated in over 1,000 sniper deployments—ranging from hostage rescues and high-risk warrant service to dignitary protection and large-scale event security.
A veteran detective with nearly 10 years in street crimes, Mike’s operational knowledge is grounded in experience. He spent more than 15 years developing and instructing advanced training for law enforcement officers. Also, he served as a Field Training Officer and rappel team member. His expertise has been shared nationally through events like Sniper Fest in Phoenix, Arizona.
