Eric Ingersoll

Eric is a retired Lieutenant from the Stockton, California, Police Department, where he served with distinction across a range of specialized units during his law enforcement career. His assignments included the Street Crimes Unit, the Traffic Unit, and the Problem-Oriented Policing Team. He also held key leadership roles, including the Department’s FBI Terrorism Liaison Coordinator, Task Force Coordinator for both the FBI and ATF, and Commander for Mobile Field Force, Narcotics, Vice, and Gang Units.

Eric has extensive experience on the SWAT team, serving as Officer, Sniper, Sergeant, and Commander. His tactical expertise and leadership under pressure influence his training approach.

Now an instructor at Gunsite Academy in Paulden, AZ, Eric brings his decades of tactical and operational experience to the range, where he teaches rifle, precision shooting, and tactical programs alongside a cadre of elite military, law enforcement, and competitive instructors.
