Foundational Leadership

This one-day, 8-hour Foundational Leadership course is designed for law enforcement officers at any rank who wish to develop into respected, capable leaders. Whether you're newly promoted or preparing for future leadership roles, this course delivers practical tools and mindset shifts to help you lead with character, clarity, and competence.

Originally developed to fill a training gap observed in sniper supervisor programs, this course now stands on its own or pairs well with SWAT Sniper Supervisor training.

• Defining authentic leadership in law enforcement
• Balancing character and competence
• Leading by example under pressure
• Active listening and effective communication
• Team building strategies that earn respect and results

The course format combines lectures, case studies, group discussions, videos, and interactive exercises to provide a comprehensive learning experience.

Requirements:
No tactical gear needed. Bring a notebook or digital device for note-taking. Dress is casual.

Certificate issued upon completion. Minimum 16 students per class.
