URBAN SNIPER RESPONSE TACTICS COURSE

This intensive four-day program is built specifically for police snipers operating in urban environments as part of a SWAT team. The course uses a structured crawl-walk-run progression to advance your capabilities from core concepts to complex urban execution.

You’ll revisit the foundational principles of urban sniper employment and then move into advanced operational tactics, including:

• Covert and plain clothes deployment
• Urban hide site construction and concealment
• Vehicle hide utilization and field improvisation
• Concealed weapon system deployment
• Plainclothes pistol integration for contingencies
• Ingress and egress planning within high-risk zones
• Full mission planning and team-based execution

Field drills are scenario-driven, prioritizing realism and the challenges of working in dynamic urban terrain. You’ll train to move and shoot in plain clothes, deploy from cover, and engage targets with precision while remaining undetected.

Required Gear & Prerequisites:

• Precision rifle (bolt or semi-auto, 1 MOA or better, max .308 / 3000 fps)
• Quality riflescope with magnification
• 250 rounds of duty/match-grade ammo (no reloads, steel core, bonded, or high-velocity rounds)
• Full sniper kit: rangefinder, data book, eye/ear pro
• Must be active in Law Enforcement or the Military with proof of completed Basic Sniper Course
