POLICE SNIPER TRIPOD UTILIZATION COURSE

Explicitly designed for active-duty police snipers, this three-day course focuses on developing critical shooting capabilities from tripods and alternate support platforms—skills essential for real-world engagements where prone shots are rarely possible.

You’ll build a rock-solid foundation in supported shooting, then advance into more complex drills that reflect the unpredictable nature of urban and rural operations. Training is led by experienced Law Enforcement snipers with real-world experience in tripod engagement.

• Supported shooting positions (standing, kneeling, seated)
• Tripod setup, stability techniques, and engagement drills
• Rapid deployment shooting from constrained or improvised platforms
• Spec-rest introduction and advanced tripod methods

• Mission-ready gear selection and platform tuning

Required Gear & Prerequisites:

• Bolt or gas rifle (2 MOA or better), with tactical scope (10x+, parallax adj., MRAD/MOA)
• 300 rounds of match-grade ammo
• Tripod (loaners available upon request)
• Bipods, rear bag, cleaning kit, deployment pack, flashlight
• Load-bearing vest/chest rig, two magazines, eye/ear pro, data book
• Gas mask, gloves, Leatherman-style tool, and weather-appropriate gear
• Must be active LE or MIL with verified completion of a reputable Basic Sniper Course
